Jeff Austin’s Wood Studio located in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin is the home of fine, hand-crafted furniture. Whether it is a Windsor chair, tavern table or a hand carved sign, Jeff employs his 30 years of wood working experience with a degree and career in engineering to achieve both strength and quality in each of his projects.
Windsor chairs are built with essentially the same techniques and tools developed in the 18th century, and will last for generations. Read more about the qualities of these chairs and how they are built under Custom Windsor Chairs.
In addition to chairs, Jeff builds tables to compliment the Windsors. These tables are adapted to the needs and wants of the customer. All components are make from solid hardwoods and finished as desired. A wide range of woods such as cherry, maple, oak or walnut are typically available. However, upon request many other species can also be acquired.
